Dresses By Russo guarantees that you will receive a new dress in the size and color that you order. If you need assistance regarding size, do not hesitate to contact us, and a Sales Associate can help you review the measurements.

While it is your responsibility to order the correct dress (color, size and style), once you have placed your order, a Sales Associate will contact you to confirm. It is important to give us the correct wear date when ordering to ensure your dress will get to you in time for your event. Dresses By Russo has until the date you specified to get the dress to you. We will not charge your card until we can guarantee your dress will arrive on time, however this guarantee is null and void if you gave us an incorrect wear date.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not accept cancellations, give refunds, take returns, or make exchanges. If a dress does not fit, alterations are available at an additional cost. Please contact Dresses By Russo's Alterations Department to get pricing.

Once delivery is confirmed, we will e-mail you the tracking number for your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. All of our dresses are inspected upon arrival to the store. Dresses By Russo is not responsible if the dress is damaged once it leaves the store.

Dresses By Russo will not distribute your contact information to any third parties to ensure your privacy. All credit card transactions are secure.
